It is a short walk to the Shotengai and you can access it easily by going to the 2nd floor of the hotel, all the way being sheltered. The staff were very helpful and friendly and even offered us locally made Kabosu drinks for opting out of having our room cleaned daily. As we requested for a baby cot, they were able to arrange for one in our room and provided child toiletries in the room and even at check-in too. The hotel is located beside Oasis Tower which has a Family Mart so buying some snacks was easy and convenient.

The hotel is centrally located, right by the arcade mall and within walking distance of all the shopping areas and restaurants. It also sits at the intersection of two major streets, one that runs to Beppu or south Oita or an entrance to Kyushu Expressway if you plan on driving to other parts of Kyushu. The facility is on the older side, with an outdated bathroom and fewer outlets to charge devices, but these are all tolerable. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with local flavors.

The hotel is well situated in Oita City in close proximity to the train station and covered shopping gallery. The breakfast had a good variety of dishes and were clearly marked with common allergens. The room was spacious and clean. We were lucky enough to be on the 17th floor and had a great view of the bay, mountains, and the city below. Staff were helpful and kind.

Located near the shopping street in Oita and walking distance to Amu plaza mall. Room was clean. We had amazing views of the township, Beppu and mountains close by. Breakfast spread was excellent with local and continental delights!

The room is spacious and the service from the hotel staffs are excellent. I like the variety of breakfast. The location is very good. I can cross the street and find many restaurants around there. The train station is about 1 km. for walking. It’s the nice area to walk around,

The staff were all very nice and professional (they speak really good English as well). They put me on high floor and I can see the Oita city, very nice view.

The location is about 800 yen by taxi from Oita Station, which is in a distance for walking. The room is old but it is clean and spacious. I love!
